“Notice to Real Estate Agents. I found the Pearl CityCentre Listing in our Houston Association of Realtors mls system. I stopped by the property to look for a 3 bedroom unit for a client. Advised the leasing agent I was previewing for a client and introduced myself as a licensed real estate agent. The leasing agent was dumbfounded and told me Pearl CC does not work or compensate real estate agents. Why is this in the HAR MLS??”
