About Me...
Before stepping into real estate, I spent eight years as a District Sales Manager with International Playtex, honing my skills in leadership, customer relations, and market strategy. I later joined Gemcraft Homes as a Sales Representative—where I quickly became the company’s top performer, outselling my peers by an average of 4 to 1 in my first year.
Recognizing my success, I was promoted to establish and lead an Off-Site Sales Department, which became a major driver of company growth. Soon after, I advanced to Sales Director, managing 85 sales professionals across Texas and overseeing statewide operations.
My passion for real estate led me to become a licensed Realtor, and after two outstanding years, I founded my own brokerage—ERH Beltway Realty. Over time, I expanded my expertise to include mortgage lending, allowing me to guide clients through every step of the home-buying process.
Today, I’m proud that most of my business comes through referrals—a reflection of the personal attention, integrity, and exceptional service I provide to every client. Helping people achieve their real estate goals isn’t just my job—it’s my passion.
