“Mr. Dylan Raymond is an AMAZING realtor! My friend and I went to Texas, from out of state, to look for a home for her, and Mr. Raymond was very attentive to what my friend was looking for. One can say that he definitely did his homework. I would be doing Mr. Raymond a disservice by saying that the experience he provided, when looking for a home, was beyond par. It was simply, EXCEPTIONAL. Upon our arrival, Mr. Raymond had a printout of every home we visited and a folder that we can keep the print outs in. We visited about 15 homes in ONE DAY. One might think that this experience would have been disorganized and crazy with this many viewings to attend, but NO. Mr. Raymond is the realtor to meet with. He was VERY prepared and what made the experience one to boast more about was the constant communication with my friend. Mr. Raymond always kept her informed of homes and the overall process of buying a home, as my friend is a first-time home buyer. Upon going from one viewing to another, Mr. Raymond made sure that we were educated on the area (he almost served as a little tour guide). Additionally, Mr. Raymond seemed pretty knowledgeable about the homes. Again, you can tell he did his homework. My friend, and myself included, felt very comfortable with Mr. Raymond and respected his input when ranking the homes that we viewed. He also provided a futuristic vision of what it could be like if we had lived in each home. Furthermore, he was also honest with his feedback; It didn't seem like he was JUST trying to sell a home, like other realtors. He GENUINLEY cared.
