“As the Executor of my brother s estate living in Montana with his house in Texas I could not have imagined or asked for a more professional and personally engaged person than Donna for handling the sale of his house We began communication via phone in 2021 and after my brother died this year 2023 following a celebration of his life we met personally in Clear Lake Donna s presentation was thorough professional and most importantly she listened intently to our concerns and questions Once we listed his house with Donna she was ALWAYS on top of all activities associated with the process We did not have to return to Clear Lake to be on the ground to make the house ready for sale since Donna with help from our home watcher took care of everything A very significant event was to do foundation repair for house leveling which involved 3 days of activity prior to closing Donna was present each day to assure it was done as best as possible We asked Donna for contractors to do the work and we were ecstatic for how well her recommended recommend contractor performed Final thoughts about Donna level headed excellent listening emotionally stable reacting to high or low issues with grace extraordinary communication whatever the time of day or day of the week In all of our experiences with buying and selling 7 homes we have never had a better experience than we had with Donna Donna is a compassionate empathetic caring human being who brings these values to her profession Donna listed the house on May 19 she secured multiple offers over the weekend most all above the listing price and we accepted one on May 22 with closing accomplished on June 5 ”
