Donna Kidwell
Donna Kidwell possesses more than 35 years of experience as a residential Realtor in Texas. In the course of her career, Donna has worked as a top producing sales associate, been the broker/owner of two real estate offices with more than 100 agents and staff, and personally purchased and sold multi-million-dollar residential and commercial investment properties.
An outstanding ability to empathize with her clients sets Donna apart. “I surround myself with a successful team who care about helping people with their real estate needs,” Donna says. “I understand the joy of helping people and I love challenges. I am very creative – good at thinking outside the box - and draw on many years of experience in this business to help my clients overcome any stumbling blocks and reach a successful closing.”
Donna has helped clients to purchase and sell properties throughout the greater Houston area including close-in traditional neighborhoods, particularly River Oaks; Galveston; and Fort Bend County where she listed and sold properties in Covey Trails, an aviation community. Donna holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Home Staging Specialist (AHSP), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.
Donna majored in Home Economics at the University of North Texas. Prior to her career in real estate, she taught school in Gainesville, Texas, and was a dietician at Seton Hospital in Austin. Currently, Donna serves on the advisory board of the partnership for Baylor College of Medicine and is a member of St. Luke’s Methodist Church, Petroleum Club of Houston, The Realty Investment Club of Houston (RICH), Space City Ski Club, and Explorers Club. She also participates with her husband in his alumni events for Cornell and Rice universities. When not working, Donna enjoys duplicate bridge, travel, and her family’s Galveston “get-away” house. She has two adult children and three granddaughters.
