My name is Donna Boudreaux, and I grew up in League City and Pearland. While I am open to all areas of Galveston, Brazoria, and parts of Harris County, I am most familiar with League City, Friendswood, Webster and Pearland. In fact, my favorite parts of all of these cities are the parks, restaurants and shopping that they offer!
To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of the Council of Business Women - League City. Making time to meet up with other professionals in the real estate world from lenders to other realtors is key to keeping current on the industry and market trends. Networking also gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.
I believe it is important to understand the specific needs that my clients desire and discuss how we can work together to achieve the desired goals. The first step to achieve the best results is to meet face to face or by Zoom if needed, to make that connection and understand what is needed and what the expectations are for both of us.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and trying new wines, especially ones that are specific to the area that I am visiting. I also enjoy having lunch with friends and catching up with what's going on in their lives!
