Donathan brings a unique experience to the team. Before getting into Real Estate, he has taught and conducted various choral-orchestral ensembles in high school, collegiate and professional levels. His background in music education have really taught him how to listen to peoples’ needs, sincerely empathize with clients and find true enjoyment in helping people meet their goals.
Just as being in the music/education field, he takes great pride in the relationship that he builds and works relentlessly on clients’ behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals, whether it be a first-time home buying experience or buying or selling in a luxury market. As a result, most of his sales have been through either repeat clients or client referrals. His philosophy is simple: clients come first. He doesn’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of his clients.
When he is not too busy helping out his clients, he enjoys exploring the great city of Austin for wide array of food scenes, cooking his favorite Korean meals, watching K-dramas/shows at his home in Northwest Austin and attending concerts with his wife, Yoojin, who is also a professional conductor.
Donathan holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations.
