home builder and renovator specializing in local historic homes as well as a HVAC contractor. His knowledge of construction, both new and old, and his experience with period restorations, make him an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers of homes in the Heights, Timbergrove/Lazybrook, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Montrose, and other distinctive close-in neighborhoods, including Downtown and Midtown.

A native Houstonian, Donald is a University of Houston graduate with a BS degree in Industrial Technology. He also brings a professional background dedicated to historic residential architecture, including relocating and restoring historic properties, and he regularly attends the Restoration and Renovation Conference.
