Donald and Xanath are a great duo to help anyone with their real estate needs. Donald helped me purchase my first home in 2014 and when my family was ready to move, he helped provide guidance on what updates to make to maximize my sale price. My home had multiple offers within 2 weeks and closed less than 6 weeks after it was listed. He also helped us with communications with our new home builder, making that process very smooth. He supported us for every construction meeting, never leaving us on our own to navigate the process. I highly recommend the DT Team!

Donald and the DT Team are amazing! We have used his team through two moves, and he guided us in both the purchasing and sale of our home! Donal is a true professional This is our third transaction with him and it was amazing Donald keeps you informed and always makes sure you understand all the complexities involved with buying and selling. This was a complicated real estate sale. Donald s experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market helped us to put the property on the market at the right price, and we were able to get the property sold quickly without a lot of headaches. He did the heavy lifting while we were taking care of our elderly mom in the hospital, and was able to relieve us of having to deal with a lot of stress so we could focus on her. Donald was fantastic in being able to communicate with all three of us siblings, each with busy and complicated schedules, to make sure we were informed every step of the way. He did a great job of paying attention to details that we, in being inexperienced in selling a home, might not have thought about and troubleshooting potential problems before they became actual problems.
