Dione's story starts on the vibrant westside of El Paso, where she grew up and graduated from Franklin High School. With her eyes set on a future in finance, she pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Texas at El Paso.

For nearly a decade, she lent her skills to the world of HR at a medical facility, then transitioned into a Finance Officer role with a construction company, a position she held for seven years. It was during this time that she realized her true calling lay elsewhere.

With an adventurous spirit and a passion for the real estate industry, she took a leap of faith. Dione is a problem-solver and a people person at heart. She firmly believes in building lasting connections and making a positive impact on the lives of those she meets.
