When we did have our buyer, he was the front man dealing with the sellers broker and agent and by all reports they were very difficult to work with . He, without hesitation, fielded all their questions, concerns, and requests. Only when there was something definitive to relay did he come to me with their requests and options, leaving me with only the big decisions that still needed to be made. While my own closing netted a lower price than I wanted, that was due to the current state of the market. Dillan was always there communicating my hopes and expectations to the seller. This experience could not have, would not have such a positive outcome where it not for Dillan. If you are looking for a representative to assist you in buying or selling Dillan did both for me you will never find a better person to be in your corner from cradle to grave.”
