“My family and I were truly fortunate to have Dianne as our realtor, and I would highly recommend her to everyone. Dianne is an extremely well organized and productive person. She is willing to work around your schedule to get things accomplished. Since my mom doesn't get off work until 6-7 pm, we were only available to go to house showings after that time and Dianne would always be able to make it. She would even bring information sheets over-viewing each house so that we knew what to expect. It was our first time purchasing a house and Dianne was always there to help us understand what was going on and how to move forward with the process. We had a lot of complications with our lender and Dianne was a driving force in pushing the lender to get their job done as soon as possible. Ultimately, things were able to work out and I really appreciated how Dianne was constantly in touch with the lender and making sure that they were moving along the process. Dianne has been in the real estate business for 20 years and it shows. She really knows her stuff inside and out and no question is too big or too small. She responds to calls and text messages quickly and she's really good about communication. Even though we have officially closed on the house, I feel like we can still call Dianne and expect a quick answer. She's not the kind of realtor that you feel uncomfortable asking for help. She's just a genuinely fantastic realtor that goes above and beyond what's expected and that you can rely on to get the job done. And if that's the kind of realtor you're looking for, Dianne is the one to go to.”

More of her are needed not only in a private housing,not only in a city , not only in a state,but she is needed in the federal level. Day,night, weekdays or weekend, whether she is at or off work she is there and makes herself to be there. one time she was with different clients, but she made herself to be availabe.”
