Hi, I\'m Diana, If you have an existing relationship with the REALTOR you\'re trying to reach, and you have left several phone messages, text messages and send emails to no avail, you may try contacting the agent\'s office directly and ask to speak with the broker. Since the listing technically belong to the broker, the broker maybe able to assign another REALTOR to work with you.\n\n If you do not have an existing relationship with the REALTOR in question, and you would like to view and or purchase the listed property, you can contact another REALTOR from the same brokerage office or any other license agent that is knowledgeable about the property you are interested in, to not only show you the property, but represent you in the transaction. Hope this help.\n
Good morning,\n\nThank you for posting your question. I am not sure this is the best medium for this question. It\'s a very broad question with too many missing parts.
Good morning Angela,\n No, you will not be able to list your home here. This section is used strictly for questions and answers only. If you are interested in selling your home, a licensed Real Estate Agent with HAR membership will be able to list and sell your home for you. I do hope this was helpful!
Once you resolved the issue that prevented you from getting approved the first time, you should have no problem re-applying. There should be no reason for you to wait a full year, unless that was the estimated time the lender believe it will take to resolve the issue. I work with several lenders and I am sure one will be able to help you. Please let me know if i can provide you with a lender''s name and number. Good luck!
I agree with 560598, it should be done within 3 days.
Based on your question, it is best that you consult with your agent or a Real Estate Attorney.
I sometimes invite past clients out to lunch, tea, brunch, or coffee.

Congratulation! Take it slow and never stop learning.
Dear potential home buyer,You are not alone, buyers do get cold feet from time to time, whether they are buying a $5,000,000 or a $250,000. Before backing out, think of all the reasons you wanted to buy a home in the first place. Are those reasons still valid? What have change, what is driving the fear? Make a list of all your concerns and discuss them to your Realtor. Is it the cost of the house, interest rate, neighborhood, resale, (un) employment or market behavior? Do you think its cheaper to rent now and buy later? Your Realtor should be able to answer and help you through your concerns. Its OK to get cold feet, but think it through before looking for a way out. Good Luck!
