As a lifelong resident of Parker County, Devonna Cowdrey brings a deep understanding of the community and its surrounding areas to every real estate transaction. With nine years of real estate experience and 22 years of professional experience in oil and gas and higher education, she has developed extensive knowledge of Parker, Palo Pinto, Hood, Erath, and Jack counties as well as the greater Fort Worth market.

Devonna specializes in farm and ranch properties and raw land sales, offering clients expert insight into rural and agricultural real estate. Devonna earned two Bachelor's degrees and an MBA from Tarleton State University, equipping her with a solid background in business strategy, negotiation, and market analysis. Her strong ties to the local community, paired with these skills, enable her to effectively guide clients in making informed real estate decisions.

In her spare time, Devonna and her husband, Clay, enjoy watching their two sons compete in reined cowhorse shows and rodeos, and raising performance horses.
