She first came to Austin to study Nutrition at The University of Texas, and fell in love with the city’s infrastructure being built upon entrepreneurs and small businesses. After spending 5 years running a successful luxury short-term rental company between Austin and Los Angeles, Desiree decided to make Austin her permanent home.
