Denise Zepeda
Denise was born and raised in Houston TX and is very proud to be a native Houstonian. She began working in Real Estate back in 2010 for a custom home builder in the Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, and Heights communities. Working closely with a builder gave her a unique perspective of the home buying and building process and through this experience, she found a passion for working in Real Estate. She built her career as a Realtor in 2014 and has helped clients sell and purchase homes all over the Greater Houston Area ever since.
Well known for her positive attitude and warm personality, Denise has also been recognized for her negotiating skills during transactions, and gives her tactfulness--as well as her ability to work well with other agents-- the credit for her positive negotiation outcomes. Honesty and integrity are important attributes of hers but she also prides herself on her attentiveness, responsiveness and availability with her clients, which is always appreciated during the excitement of home buying and selling.
Denise and her family reside in The Woodlands and absolutely love the beautiful Houston suburb and all of its amenities. When she's not working with her clients, Denise enjoys staying active with workouts, traveling, dining at local hot spots, hiking trails, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
