My name is Denise Saucedo, a mother of 2 sons, grandmother to 5 grandchildren, and the second to the oldest of my four sisters. I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX, and relocated to San Antonio, TX, in 2009. I serve in and around San Antonio, TX/Corpus Christi, TX market. Today's market requires a different game plan than a few years ago. With over 25 years of Retail Sales Mgmt. experience in the Corporate world, I know how to close a deal. Building a relationship with my clients doesn't just happen. There is a process involved as the relationship forms over time by building a foundation of trust, understanding their needs, asking the right questions, listening carefully, being dependable/flexible, educating them in the process, being skilled in the know-what to look for, and negotiating the terms of the sale. They appreciate my hard work, knowledge of the real estate market/my competition, showing them respect, keeping the lines of communication open, being easy to work with, thorough, following up, problem-solving, and never giving up.
