Raising her three children as a Memorial area resident for over 38 years, she has deep knowledge of the Memorial/Memorial Village areas, and appreciates firsthand the impact an outstanding school district has on property values and the community. Dena also has vast experience in many other areas in and around Houston including the Heights, Eado, Midtown, Downtown, and Katy.
Broad transactional expertise in representing Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants ensures each of her clients the best possible representation. Her highly professional skills, coupled with her ethics, honesty and warm, friendly demeanor have resulted in numerous referrals and repeat clients that engage her services for all their real estate needs.
“ The most satisfying aspect of this business is when I have helped families find the perfect home, or have helped others in selling their home for the best price and terms in the shortest amount of time. I accomplish this through vigorous representation of my clients, while at the same time treating all parties fairly and with respect” Dena says. “Let’s have a conversation about your needs, so I can show you how I can be of service”
