Deena Everest
One of Deena Everest's first jobs was supporting NASA Shuttle engineers. She volunteered to be a test subject on NASA's Vomit Comet, a KC-135 military aircraft that flies in a way to give astronauts a chance to experience zero gravity. Deena is not afraid to take managed risks thinking outside of the box, even while vomiting at 35,000 feet.
A history of repeat clients and consistent flow of unsolicited referrals, Deena has a keen eye for detail, is supportive not pushy, and embraces communication to avoid any surprises.
Deena's main geographical areas of expertise range in the northwest suburbs such as Jersey Village, Cypress, and Katy. She has been recognized as a top producer with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and her previous firms in Houston and the Chicago area. She's been recognized as Houston Chronicle's Realtor® of the Week, has served on the Towne Lake Realtor® Board, HAR's Technology Committee, the Texas Realtor® Leadership Program, and has the designations of Master Certified Negotiation Expert and National Association of Realtor®'s Green certification.
The Everest family relocated across the country and back to Houston five times, and Deena got plenty of corporate relocation experience as an end user, so she is very familiar with the stress of the corporate move. She takes regular classes to keep up with current relocation trends.
Deena is extremely knowledgeable about anything that is real estate related. She stands behind her sterling reputation as she utilizes her efficient, never-give-up mentality from contract to closing of all transactions.
A graduate of Texas A&M, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Leadership & Development degree with an emphasis in Economics.
Deena is active at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, on retreat team, Catholic Daughters, and instrumental with the Hurricane Harvey Red Cross Shelter. Other volunteer efforts are with Houston Marine Moms, Houston Food Bank and Jimmy Buffett's Chicagoland Parrot Head Club where they party with a purpose. Fins up!
