“Dee was amazing as a realtor. I first met her years ago, through our children, and knew her as someone who worked incredibly hard. When I first asked her to meet us, she came prepared, explaining the process with ideas and sample documents to read before signing anything. She had multiple professional contacts that I used for every issue and question I had, from minor repairs to landscaping, and even cleaning the house on closing day. She was willing to give opinions if I asked, (but not otherwise) and was more than willing to just help pack boxes if needed. I knew my specific neighborhood better than she did, but otherwise, she worked tirelessly with dealing with multiple nit-picky details so that I didn't have to. She knew exactly what needed to be done to make sure that the house sold as quickly as it did (22 hours), which was our goal, including hiring an amazing photographer who included aerial photographs. Dee made what could have been an overwhelming experience an all out success. I highly recommend DeeDee Mauz as both a realtor, and friend.”
