As a Scottish Family who moved to Houston end Aug 2021 we had no knowledge of the US home purchase process and she was very patient and ensured we understood all that was needed. We also received lots of home details, based on our specifications from Dee Ann before we moved to the USA and so built up a good understanding of homes available, locations and sale prices. She was also very proactive and checked in with us regularly before we arrived Stateside. Once here, she was available whenever needed her guidance, questions answered, a friendly ear etc .... and extremely supportive when our first home purchase fell through (due to Seller and not us or our Agent) and finally in finding / securing our home. We were lucky to have Dee Ann and really appreciated all that she did for us all. ”
