I am a Broker-Associate / Residential Specialist in Northwest Houston area since 1994. My clientele is primarily referrals from clients and repeat clients.  I have a simple approach: I take care of my clients, go the extra mile and get through even the more challenging transactions.  My clients come back to me for future real estate needs and are comfortable referring me to their friends and family.  Most recent award:  NextHome Masters Club Award in 2018. Numerous other awards including RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010.

How to advertise -House Sale-Coming soon?

I have found putting Coming Soon rider up too soon creates more issues. And, as mentioned, make sure you have a listing that starts when you put that rider up and enter it as Coming Soon in MLS. The rule is you are not allowed to show or allow other agents to show while it is in Coming Soon Status. So I only use it for a few days before it is Active. But I still get agents pressing me to allow them to show before it is Active.

What’s a Ballpark number for utilities in a 4 bedroom house with 3 total people living there. Utilities would include water, gas, electric, internet and cable.

This could vary greatly depending on age and square footage of the home, energy efficiency (i.e. insulated windows, etc), # stories and the temperature you prefer in your home. I have a one story home with insulated windows, about 3000 SF, 4 BRs, 3 baths. Two of us live here and I work from home a lot so temperature is kept pretty comfortable night and day. My monthly average electric is about $200; gas about $30 and water about $80. My cable and internet is about $220. So about $530/mo.

My grand daughters went to Lakewood Elementary (now in Northpointe and Willow Wood) and my 2 grown daughters graduated from Tomball ISD. This elementary school attracts many buyers to the area due to its great reputation.
