Debbie Manning has been licensed in Houston as a Realtor since 1978. A native Houstonian, Debbie offers her clients twenty seven years of knowledge and experience. She has been involved in all facets of residential sales. Debbie has extensive experience in relocation, both with US and international clients. Her in depth knowledge of the Houston market also has made her popular with investors taking advantage of the IRS 1031 tax-deferred exchange. In addition her clients benefit from her knowledge of income tax deductions and savings related to the sale and purchase of residential real estate.
