Bay Area Realtor and longtime Friendswood resident, Dawn Johnson grew up in a real estate family and has been a licensed realtor since 1998, and has established herself as a top producer year after year.

Dawn began her career in new home sales for two national production builders where she received numerous accolades and honors and fast-tracked into management. Community involvement is very important to Dawn. For 15 years, she has organized and managed Friendswood's popular Monster Dash, a 5K fun run that raises awareness and contributes funds for ichthyosis, an extremely rare skin condition.

Dawn was a graduate of Friendswood High School and was honored in 2014 with the school's Hometown Hero award. Dawn is married and has two children, and considers herself a proud Texan with deep family roots in the Houston area.
