With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first approach to every transaction. My name is David Weaver, and I am a dedicated real estate professional with The Franklin Team, brokered by eXp Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Houston area.
Throughout my career, I have worked across many facets of residential real estate, including resale, new construction, and builder partnerships. This broad industry experience allows me to provide my clients with knowledgeable guidance at every stage of the process—from determining the right pricing and marketing strategy to negotiating contracts and navigating the details of a successful closing.
I have had the privilege of representing clients throughout Northwest Houston, Spring Branch, The Heights, Rice Military, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, the Energy Corridor, Katy, Cypress, Montgomery, Conroe, The Woodlands, and many surrounding communities. My experience across the Houston market gives me a strong understanding of the unique characteristics, values, and opportunities within each area.
Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, helping a family transition into their next home, assisting with new construction, or developing a strategy to successfully market and sell a property, my goal is always the same: to provide exceptional service, clear communication, and knowledgeable advice tailored to each client's individual goals.
Originally from California, I moved to Texas in 2013 and am proud to call Houston home. I live in the Spring Branch area with my wife and our two children. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and following sports.
