Experience:
Prior to his real estate career, Dave held leadership positions in finance at Fortune 500 corporations – while based in Chicago, Singapore, Tokyo and Austin. As a resident of The University of Texas Golf Club community in Steiner Ranch, Dave is very knowledgeable of golf and other luxury communities in Steiner Ranch, River Place, Lakeway and beyond. Also, as an experienced real estate investor himself, Dave enjoys working with investors and utilizing a very thorough and quantitative approach to optimize purchase and sales decision making.

Education:
Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee and also holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
