I’ve purchased several houses and David has been my fav realtor! He’s with you at every step of the way which is great for first time home buyers and also seasoned ones as well who aren’t familiar with Texas real estate. He’s very communicative at all hours of the day and responds lightning fast. In addition, David is great with noticing the small details in the house and will help with negotiations after the home inspection. I wouldn’t think twice about reaching out to him if I needed to sell my current place or purchase a new one!

Thomas Realty Team are professional but friendly. David is thorough on explaining the process. He will stand his ground when up against other Realtors who are rude or inexperienced or very experienced. David is kind and will help in anyway possible to either buying or selling your home.

6 stars would do justice if not 7 for the Thomas Realty team. David and his team were extremely patient and dedicated to find the perfect home for our family. David is well equipped with a ton of knowledge, a connected team of professionals supporting your home buying project, but also mortgage and title process and is truly a delight to work with. From arranging short notice showings to walking through through property details and contracting clauses, I highly recommend his services ! We are in the process of listing our home and he will be out best advocate on the other side of the fence. We had a smooth experience with no hiccups even when facing unexpected circumstances, this team makes it really easy on your journey. Again highly recommend !
