David Morris

David began his career in real estate in 1993 working primarily in commercial real estate for a well-established firm in southwest Ohio. During these years, he was exclusive agent for a large oil and gas company's land acquisition efforts as well as finding suitable office and retail space to a growing list of clients. In 1997, opportunity knocked again and David found himself in Texas with two simultaneous business ventures along with his residential real estate career, which efforts are today focused principally on the northwest corridor of Austin including Steiner Ranch, Twin Creeks, Avery Ranch, Bushy Creek, Sendero Springs and Teravista. David is a man of many talents and many children. He plays soccer and coaches for his kids' teams, is an established piano player with a national reputation at such venues as Howl at the Moon, Pete's and many others around the USA. He has five children – yes five! – And as he often says, he's very involved in their lives and committed to making them good citizens and great Texans!
