“When it came time to sell our house, we needed to get an agent. I remember seeing David's marketing cards and flyers in our mailbox pretty much weekly. Figuring if he can afford to market that much, he must sell a lot of houses so we hired him. It turned out to be a good move. After an initial consult on what we needed to do to get the house market ready David advised to set an asking price at the top end for that neighborhood. Maybe pushing it a little . The result? The first prospective buyer to view the house made a full price offer. Total elapsed time from the initial consult to negotiation to closing was around 7 weeks or so. I'm not sure how you improve on that. Of course everyone's experience will be unique. But David has the experience and market savvy to help you get the most value out of your home. Highly recommended.”
