Dave was very knowledgeable and adept at negotiation when handling the sale of my house. I was worried about the house not selling due to the visual flaws, but Dave found a contractor to handle those repairs quickly and efficiently. Dave was great at finding a reasonable asking price, working with buyer's agents in negotiating our contract, and ultimately in selling our house. I would gladly work with Dave again if I'm ever on the market as a buyer or seller.
