“MY wife and I began looking in The Heights early in 2020. We began by attending open houses to get a feel for the area before we engaged with a realtor. During that open house process, we met dozens of realtors who were on-site at the open house and began to realize, that for a fast market like The Heights, having the right realtor who could coach us through the complexities of the area was going to be critical. It was actually 30 days or more after we met David at an open house on Rutland did we realize that his engagement with us was memorable and he provided great insight. So we dug back through our business cards and found him and reached out. We had no prior history with him, our choice to connect was entirely based on that one interaction. As expected, David proved to be an excellent communicator and a calm guide through the highs and lows that come with trying to find a home. Plus he wasn't afraid to use the insight from others within Boulevard like Rhonda and Bill. I would recommend David for the many reasons listed above. But the main reason why I would recommend David is that he was a kind and good person who cared about a good outcome for our family.”
