I am looking to lease a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment but i have two broken lease that are unpaid over 3 years old, credit is not so good but i am willing to pay an additional deposit if reasonable. Does anyone know any place that would lease to me?

Hello Tiffany, having a lease over 3 years old shouldn\'t affect you that greatly. Some places may require double deposit but you should be able to find something nice. I suggest you contact a Realtor to help you navigate through the process.

Have not heard what offer is on property yet do i need to be worried

Hello Keith! Since the county has a right to purchase personal property public use, you aren\'t able to stop the process but there are a few things that you can do to be prepared. You should contact the county and see if they have a more defined timeline for when this will occur. I would then suggest having a Realtor provide you with a home evaluation to see how much your home is worth. This is will be powerful because historically government will low ball offers. Once you know your property value, you will be able to compare your offer to what the county is going to offer. If you like the county\'s offer, you can accept it or you can have an attorney and an appraiser stand behind you to help you prove the value of your property. If the county does not agree, more than likely you will be headed to proceedings to determine the outcome.

There\'s a home floorplan that I am in love with. Is there any way to search only those homes with that floorplan?

Hello Dulce!\n\nJust as my colleagues have responded before me, the short answer is \"no, there isn\'t.\" However, your Realtor can take key items from that specific floor plan and customize your search to fit that criteria. This new search could include new construction homes as well as resale homes. For example, if you love the floor plan because it\'s split level, or because there a half story that only includes a game room and half bath upstairs, your Realtor would be able to tailor your search to those criteria.
