My passion for real estate began in 2018 when I helped a family member regain control of a rental property by purchasing it from them. What started as a single transaction became a meaningful opportunity to make a difference. I transformed that property into a group home that provided housing for veterans and individuals with mental disabilities. Seeing the positive impact that safe, stable housing could have on people's lives inspired me to continue investing in real estate and helping others find a place to call home during important transitions in life.

Since then, I have expanded my real estate experience by purchasing and managing rental properties, renovating homes, and creating housing solutions for a variety of needs. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, downsize for a new chapter, lease a property, or invest in real estate, I understand that every move represents a significant life transition. My goal is to make that process as smooth and successful as possible.

My professional background combines education, business strategy, and real-world investment experience. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Sociology, and I have completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) coursework. These educational experiences have provided me with a strong understanding of business, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the social factors that influence housing decisions and communities.

Before entering real estate, I built a successful career in medical sales, where I learned the importance of listening to clients, developing strategic plans, negotiating effectively, and delivering results within specific timelines. Those same skills now help me market homes creatively, identify opportunities others may overlook, and position properties to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.

To better serve my clients, I have pursued advanced real estate education and professional designations, including the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. These credentials provide specialized training in seller representation, pricing strategy, negotiation, and market analysis, allowing me to help clients make informed decisions and maximize their financial outcomes.

I am committed to staying ahead of market trends and continuously expanding my real estate knowledge. Through innovative digital marketing, social media strategies, targeted advertising, and data-driven marketing plans, I help maximize exposure for every property I represent so that it reaches the right buyers at the right time.

As a real estate investor, I bring hands-on experience that extends beyond buying and selling. I have managed renovation projects involving foundations, roofing, plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical work. I have also converted properties into short-term rentals and personally overseen the staging and presentation process to create welcoming spaces that appeal to guests and buyers alike. This practical experience allows me to provide valuable insights to homeowners, investors, and buyers throughout the transaction process.
