Hey everyone. Does anyone know how to change the associated realtor for shoppers?\nSome of my friends are downloading the HAR app to associate with me but they don\'t show up on my list. I\'m assuming they connected their app to another agent in the past. Can this be changed or updated? Any experience with this? \nI thought about telling them to register with a new email, but I don\'t think that\'s ideal.\n\nThanks in advance.\nPedro Quezada\n832-303-3935

Send them your branded app! This will have all your information and is not associated with another agent. You must be a Platinum Member for this benefit. Good Luck!

I have a mobile home that has been on the market for 50 days. It comes with the land and it is in really good shape. We have lowered the price twice! How do I sell this thing?

Definitely offer owner financing if possible. Where is this property located? Send me a message and I will be happy to take a look at the listing and offer any additional advice I can.

If you had to pick one quality in a lender to work with, what would it be?

I would pick transparency. Let your buyers know everything needed upfront and this will ensure a smooth transaction!
