Every time I visit ARTAVIA, I’m reminded why so many people fall in love with this community. The moment you drive in, you’re greeted by beautiful landscaping, inviting trails, and a stunning lake at the heart of it all. The amenities are impressive — from the boardwalk and paddle boats to the fitness center, splash pad, and playgrounds, there’s something for everyone. I love the vibrant, active lifestyle that ARTAVIA encourages, and its location in Conroe puts you close to The Woodlands, shopping, and dining while still feeling peaceful and connected to nature. It’s a community that truly stands out in the area.
As a resident of The Highlands, I can truly say this community is something special. Living here feels like being on a permanent retreat — from the resort-style pool and clubhouse to the miles of walking trails, golf course, and peaceful lakes, there’s always something to enjoy. The neighbors are friendly, the streets are beautiful, and the sense of community is real. I also love how convenient the location is — we’re close to shopping, dining, and great schools, yet surrounded by nature. I’m proud to call The Highlands home and would love to help others find their place here too.
Beautiful subdivision, about 5 minutes of IH-45. Walking trails and stocked fish pond. Variety of stores in the growing shopping centers surrounding it. Klein district, top rated Klein schools.
This neighborhood has some beautiful houses, patios are great size. The community, neighbors, amenities and all the activities they have, make this neighborhood enjoyable to be part of.
Beautiful quiet neighborhood. The selection of builders is great. Amenities, parks and all the greenery is great. Quick drive to 45 fwy as well.
