Hello....My name is Daniel Salce, most people pronounce it "Salsa". I am a KATY, TEXAS Native and a 10 Year Real Estate Veteran! I have spent my entire life here and remember when Katy was rice fields and dirt bike trails to keep me busy as far as the eyes could see. That being said, there really isn't one area of Katy and surrounding Houston area that I am unfamiliar with. I love helping people find the home that best suits their needs and answering questions only a "native" can answer when it comes to getting to know the area. All that being said, the Houston Metroplex has been my life with stints in California for fun. I have sold and listed homes as far as Galveston to Madisonville and the East side to Cat Spring, TX.
