“I was an in absentia owner, so I wasn't present most of the time during the listing. In my absence, Daniel made sure that everything was taken care of to the highest standards. Examples: The roof needed to be replaced because of hurricane damage. Daniel got a competitive quote from a reputable roofer who agreed to replace the roof with a reasonable down payment, and the balance due upon closing. This significantly reduced the financial stress of selling the property. We kept the water turned off when the property wasn't being shown, but a freeze still resulted in the water main entry freezing up and causing the inlet line to crack. Daniel discovered the problem prior to a showing and immediately made arrangements for a plumber to come out and fix the problem. The problem was corrected the same day. Throughout the process, I felt like Daniel put my best interests to the forefront. I would highly recommend Daniel Nolan.”
