Daniel Cornwell

Daniel Cornwell has a passion for working with families and individuals to assist them in making their ideal home and property a reality. Growing up in Texas the son of a homebuilder and finding a natural talent in design and construction, he pursued a successful career in the construction of schools, hospitals and numerous multi-million dollar building projects while serving as Vice President of a prominent Texas Contractor. While constructing a large retirement center in Austin, he discovered a city that offered an exceptional Texas environment for people of diverse cultures and all interests to live the good life and determined to make it his home. In 2005, he designed and completed the construction of his home on Lake Travis which was extensively covered in the Home Section of the Austin American Statesman. He has always been keenly interested in residential real estate and after moving to Central Texas with his family, worked with prominent homebuilders to construct homes customized around the homebuyer’s requirements in the moderate to million-dollar plus range. Having acquired a real estate license on his first job assignment in New Mexico after graduating from Texas A&M and later his Texas real estate license, he believes and lives the mission of Realty Austin to provide each client an innovative approach to buying and selling property while having an exceptional real estate experience. Daniel has a strong work ethic and gives each client genuine and honest service. His work as a leader in youth groups, extensive experience with homebuyers in Central Texas and the business world make him a strong advocate for listening to you to discover, locate, successfully negotiate and close on the property that fits your desires and requirements.
