Dana Pennington

Dana is a native Houstonian with over 35 years of experience in the legal and real estate industries. She began her career as a paralegal, where she gained extensive knowledge in real estate and corporate transactions, including civil, contract, and corporate litigation. In 1997, Dana became a licensed real estate agent, leveraging her legal background to deliver exceptional service and guidance to her clients.

Dana has earned multiple professional designations, including Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. In her probate work, she helps clients navigate sensitive transitions with professionalism and compassion. She is also a certified Notary Signing Agent, assisting individuals, title companies, mortgage firms, and attorneys with critical closing transactions, both in person and online.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dana is a strong advocate for individuals with IDD, special needs and disabilities. Inspired by her son, Tyler, who has Down Syndrome, she is committed to supporting families in this community and has helped many navigate their unique real estate needs.

Since 2013, Dana has served as President of the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. She is deeply dedicated to supporting first responders and veterans, and her son Tyler proudly serves as an honorary deputy with both the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office and the Harris County Sheriff’s Department.
