Dan Ritchel

MEET YOUR HOUSTON REALTOR: As a native Texan raised in Southeast Houston, Dan graduated with high honors from both the University of Houston with a BBA, and University of St. Thomas in Houston, with an MBA in Management. At 18, he earned his Texas Real Estate license and joined Helen Guillory Real Estate as a sales agent and her personal assistant where he was mentored by one of the best Brokers in Texas. He later moved on to a career in banking, but his passion in real estate never ended as evidenced by the many homes he would go on to buy, remodel and sell. During his ~30yr career with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors, his dedication to his clients and hard work provided him with many opportunities to advance in the ranks and move to various cities like Dallas, Philadelphia and New York City. As his responsibilities increased, his last several roles included Chief Administrative Officer to the organizational President, Global Head in the Private Bank, and Sr. Regional Sales Director. Additionally, over the years he was recognized with many honors & accolades. Since retiring from the bank, Dan has rejoined forces with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan as a REALTOR on the team with a keen focus in the Garden Villas, Glenbrook Valley and Montrose neighborhoods here in Houston, TX.

IN MY FREE TIME: Currently residing in Montrose with my spouse of 28yrs who is the Chief Development Officer at AIDS Foundation Houston (AFH), we love to travel, entertain family & friends at our beach house in Galveston, garden, cook, train our 2 dogs (Coco & Dior), and volunteer at many non-profit organizations like AFH, the American Red Cross and the Human Rights Campaign as a member of the Federal Club.
