I have been working with Nicole Pertuit to find a new home, and the experience has been incredible. I was kind of nervous going into our first showing, but I think we both ended up having a blast looking around the home and discussing things. I love how approachable, personable, and fun Nicole is. She lays everything out black and white and was instrumental in me obtaining a quick and competitive pre-approval. Very happy with the process and highly recommend!

Sorry it has taken me a while to write a review, but I want to give a special and VERY GOOD REVIEW on DEBBIE PACE, our realtor. Debbie is super personable, and very friendly. She is very knowledgeable and patient, especially since we had a lot of back and forth about selling our property. To this day, I recieve informational emails from her about market etc, and things to do and other resources in the area which are actually helpful. In addition to Debbie, the photographer did an amazing job in making our home look great in photos. When it came to closing, Debbie was really accomodating in choosing a location to sign the paperwork. Each time an offer came across the table Debbie would let us know right away and let us know details that did matter to us, such as what type of loan etc. Finally, because of the everchanging market, we were able to meet in the middle with a cash offer and it was truly easier, especially Debbie by our side. I do know that this location also offers property management, which is something I would consider if I had kept that property, but maybe in the future if they are similar to Debbies' work ethic I would choose them for property management as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Bianca! We were a military family moving from overseas to Texas so seeing our house choices in person was not an option for us. Bianca went above and beyond, sending us multiple available houses and doing an extensive video walk through with each house we were interested in. Thanks to her we found the perfect house for our family! In a very stressful move, Bianca made this task on our to do list smooth and simple to check off. We cannot thank you enough!

Rita Armstrong at BHG/Gary Greene is a pro and the best realtor with whom I've ever worked. If you are able to sign on with Rita, you will be happy you did! As the out-of-state executor of a complicated multi-property estate sale in Galveston County, I found the the first agent I hired lacked the expertise needed. Luckily, Rita found me and offered her wise and steady counsel. With Rita's hard work and good guidance, I was able to sell the properties for much more than the appraiser and the original realtor ever contemplated, and the buyers are happy, too! Dealing with a 75-year old luxury home, re-platting undeveloped waterfront land, and finessing permit issues around a second house required a wide array of skill sets, and Rita has them all in spades! Her deep knowledge of the area and strong relationships with a multitude of vendors – including lawyers-- allowed me to make the best decisions from 1,000 miles away.

This review comes very late after buying our home nearly a year ago, but I hope it still helps someone out there find a great realtor! After working with several realtors in the Houston area, we learned finding a good one would be a challege. When we found Maria we knew she was different, she was absolutely amazing when buying our first home! She handled all of the paperwork, lead us through the complicated process in a very clear and straight forward way, and made the whole experience as simple as possible. We were very impressed when we met her for the first time to see a couple of homes we were interested in when she already had information about each home printed for us to review, including estimated payments etc. She really goes above and beyond, and we will be recommending her to anyone we know looking for a home!
