Hi, I’m Damon Welborn of Threshold Realty, the other half of ‘The Power of Two.’ I help Buyers and Sellers across Houston and the surrounding suburbs make confident real estate decisions with clear strategy, responsive communication, and a process that stays on track from start to finish.
I have a residential construction background, which gives our clients a practical advantage: I can spot craftsmanship when I see it, recognize issues, and help you dream about how to improve a property of interest. Whether you’re wondering “Is this a big deal?” or “What would it cost to change this?,” I can help you evaluate options more clearly, so you can make smart decisions.
I also have an artistic, creative side, which helps Buyers and Sellers see beyond what’s in front of them. Sometimes the right home isn’t perfect on day one, but with the right vision, you can begin to understand what a property could be. I love helping clients explore layout ideas, renovation potential, and value-add improvements, especially when it helps them find ‘the one’ or position a listing to stand out.
Working alongside Erica, the Broker and my wife, means our clients get something rare: two people fully invested in their outcome. While one of us is touring, negotiating, or meeting vendors, the other is coordinating timelines, tracking deadlines, and following up, so nothing falls through the cracks. In real estate, speed and follow-through matter and having two people on your side makes a real difference.
When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors building something on our property or playing with our twin toddlers. I love hiking, surfing, fishing, woodworking, playing music, and sand volleyball, as well as just about any other sport I can find.
