I am a full-time, dedicated and proven real estate professional serving the northwest suburban area of Houston, including the Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Spring, and The Woodlands areas. I strongly believe in continuing education, and have obtained several advanced designations to enhance my skills as well as the services that I provide to my clients. I hold a broker license, and currently serve as Co-owner and Broker Associate of Elite Texas Properties.

My primary goal as an agent is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate for my clients, while providing the expertise and attention required to bring the best possible outcome for my clients. My family and I have been Houstonians for more than 20yrs. Both of my children graduated from Cy-Creek High School and spent many years involved in numerous local sports and social clubs in the Cypress area. Since our children have grown and gone off on their own, my husband and I have relocated to the Katy/Fulshear area.

Hattie offers 11 years Real Estate experience with a Sales and Marketing background and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, New Home Construction Specialist and Experienced Listing Agent. She became involved with her family Real Estate business in 2009 and purchased her first property. In 2013 she began managing long term rental properties. In 2016, Hattie moved to Houston from the UK. She has helped many people buy, sell and lease in the Houston area. She is experienced and knowledgeable and passionate about helping people build wealth through Real Estate. Hattie uses effective questioning to truly understand her Clients' needs and provide relevant options. Hattie became licensed in the great State of Texas in 2019. As an Expat, she understands the challenges of moving overseas so is a great match for relocators as well as first time home buyers. Hattie absolutely loves our thriving City of Houston - her areas of speciality are Cypress, The Woodlands/Spring & The Heights - as she has lived in each of these neighborhoods, although she is quick to gain knowledge and happy to assist in other areas.
