Jeffrey Gill is an active Realtor® in the Houston Market with over 20-years' of real estaate experience. He holds an MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Management from Golden Gate University,

Jeff holds a Project Management Professional Certification, and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Kappa Phi (the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines), and Beta Gamma Sigma (the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive). Jeffrey also holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, having been a full-time airline pilot prior to getting into real estate.

Jeff's experience in real estate as an agent, loan officer, project director, and owner of several real estate franchises employing hundreds of agents ensures that he has seen it all from the boom of the late '90s to the bust of the Great Recession to the current nationwide real estate recovery. Jeffrey has lived the ups and downs of both buyers' and sellers' markets here and abroad for the past two decades.

In the Houston Metro Area, he is currently specializing in Seller Financing, Lease-to-Own, and other creative solutions to help both buyers and sellers succeed in any market. Being completely bilingual, working with Spanish speaking clients and helping to bridge the language and culture gap between English-speakers in the U.S., and the rest of Latin America is another of his specialties.

Jeffrey's hobbies include flying, competitive sports such as tennis and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and most of all, family time with his wife Claudia, his three beautiful daughters, Paula, Megan, and Madeline, and Archie and Triton, the family pets.

Team Manager for the Ellis-Nabors team, Karen serves as the hub that makes the team function smoothly and efficiently in the office. She is a licensed agent, and with her 10-year background in Human Resources and 3 years in Property Management this enables her to interact with clients in a professional, yet congenial manner. Karen, a native Houstonian and her family have lived in Cypress since 1995 and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years, dreaming of interior decorating and reading. She has two grown children, Ashley, an escrow officer in the Houston and Mason, a Project Manager at a commercial construction company in Houston.

For the last 20 years Ted has worked as an Executive Director in Senior Living communities. Throughout his time in leadership he had developed some cornerstones (or core values) that he has used to direct his business. They are a customer service focus, attention to details. and lastly the dedication to see things through from the beginning to the end. Ted switched careers because he wanted to do something different that matters, is meaningful and helps others much like what he valued while working with people in Healthcare. Ted has a great background for working in the Real Estate industry and helping clients reach their goals. Ted specializes in finding properties in Cypress, Tomball, Hockley and Woodlands. If you ask his clients they will tell you that he will work hard and travel with you to find beachfront properties along the coast, houses in the Heights and beyond. Today, she excels in all areas of real estate, specializing in guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, as well as helping families sell and move up to their dream homes. Diane's newest area of expertise is helping homeowners downsize once their kids have left the nest. Diane has continued to advance a dream her mother first began in the early 80's, learning valuable trade insights and developing strong marketing skills to ensure each real estate transaction is conducted in the best interest of her clients.
