A Cypress, Texas native for more than 20 years, Jill is an accountant by trade with a passion for real estate. She studied at Texas A&M-Kingsville where she earned a B.A. degree with an emphasis in Accounting. Jill was also a collegiate cheerleader which helped her to become the leader she is today. Jill loves educating and helping people achieve their real estate goals, whether its buying your dream home or selling for top dollar. Jill's caring and energetic personality allows her to provide a high level of customer service to all clients. Jill grew up in a small town and after college relocated to the City of Houston. After studying real estate and business in college, Tammi initially worked for a large institutional lender as a property & leasing manager overseeing a portfolio of mid-rise office buildings, retail strip centers and industrial facilities. She then joined a national retailer as their Director of Real Estate, Store Services & Construction overseeing all of their real estate holdings, with specific expertise in strategic planning through market analysis, site selection and financial structuring for new stores. Most recently she managed an escrow office for Stewart Title providing comprehensive closing services while personally facilitating transactions ranging from $2 to $45 million for various types of properties including residential, acreage, ranch properties, multi-family complexes and office facilities. Her diversified and extensive background in the real estate industry, coupled with a philosophy that customer service is simply a genuine desire to exceed a client's expectations, Tammi provides a solid foundation of experience, integrity and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction.

David joined his family business more than 2 decades ago and is now a licensed Broker, achieving well over 1000 hours of education. A graduate of Texas A&M and Leadership North Houston, David volunteers and supports the American Heart Association (Past Co-Chair), Cypress Creek EMS (Past Board Member), Frank Elementary PTO, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (Past Committee Chair, Current Vice Chair) and Klein Volunteer Fire Department (Past Firefighter), and more. David recently received the prestigious Klein ISD Distinguished Alumni Award while enjoying BBQing and fishing in what little time is left over. Summer Patton brought to the team a background of sales/marketing. She has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor and 2 decades in the industry.
