Theresa studied at the University of Houston where she graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Music Education. She then furthered her knowledge graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas with a master's degree in Educational Leadership. Afterward, she began working in education for both CFISD and Klein ISD. In her free time, Theresa is mother of four and keeps her kids involved in many activities including football, gymnastics, swim, track, soccer, band, choir, ballet, basketball, and scouts. Active in the community, Theresa also spends her time volunteering for her children's schools and activities and is a proud part of Sam Houston Area Council's Scouting program. Spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Rocket is something Theresa never takes for granted. I've lived in Houston for over 34 years, volunteered for many years in Cy Fair ISD, and am now enjoying the empty-nester life!
