After studying real estate and business in college, Tammi initially worked for a large institutional lender as a property & leasing manager overseeing a portfolio of mid-rise office buildings, retail strip centers and industrial facilities. She then joined a national retailer as their Director of Real Estate, Store Services & Construction overseeing all of their real estate holdings, with specific expertise in strategic planning through market analysis, site selection and financial structuring for new stores. Most recently she managed an escrow office for Stewart Title providing comprehensive closing services while personally facilitating transactions ranging from $2 to $45 million for various types of properties including residential, acreage, ranch properties, multi-family complexes and office facilities. Taking on the team management of 30+employees at Granduca Hotel for 4 years and later the Brazos Presbyterians Homes 5 years, I felt confident to take on a journey of being a business owner.
With my husband's support, I opened and ran Dining Staff,LLC to serve the staffing needs of the hospitality business operations.
