Nicole primarily focuses her business on the Cypress, Tomball, Katy and Northwest Houston area. Nicole also offers her sellers an extra bonus, she has a real talent for "staging" the home and offering tips and solutions to show the listings in their best light to make them more marketable. She has earned the professional designation as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). As a native to Houston, I have watched the city grow and expand its boundaries far past where I could have imagined. This city is strong and resilient and I'm proud to call Houston my home. I currently live in Northwest Houston and concentrate my efforts on that part of the city.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks in both the residential and commercial market. In my practice of real estate, I am known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction.

I am a family woman with a devotion to God, my husband of 23 years and my 3 sons. In my free time I love to watch my boys play soccer and be active outside: running, walking my dog, boating on Lake Livingston and entertaining family and friends.
