After the Marine Corps, I earned my Bachelors in Accounting and my MBA from The Ohio State University. I bring nine years of military service and over 20 years of solid work experience. My listing has a early (no cost) termination clause so you are not "held hostage" by a listing agreement. I do what I say so we can be assured of the sale.
For buyers:
Buying a home can be as stressful as selling. If you are a first time home buyer, I will thoroughly explain the home buying experience, timeline and associated costs so you are fully informed. We will do a complete needs analysis so all of us will know exactly what you need and want in your new home (like a grocery list). We will agree about our roles and expectations to make sure we ar
When we do the home search, we will only look for homes that meet your criteria with a complete showing package including disclosures and pricing tools for each home.

We will ask you a lot of questions, listen to your specific needs and make the most appropriate plans and stategies that will assure you get the home that you want, and more importantly, want the home you get. Later, we will hold that plan accountable weekly.
I seek out the best in each industry to work with so I can recommend them to you for buying or selling. We talk about roles and expectations with each person in the company so you are assured the best experience possible (mortgage, title, inspections, home warranty, survey, etc.).

Tony's belief that "helping people is part of God's plan" propels him forward. Tony has lived in the Houston area for 28 years and would not be anywhere else. He is married to his lovely wife, Anita, for 28 years and has six children.
By being intentional with his children's growth, Tony has three demands of them:
- they must graduate from college,
- get at least one black belt in a martial art,
- he is their father for life (not just until 18 years old).
