I am a widow, have 2 lovely daughters and 5 wonderful grandchildren. My two daughters, Linda Fisher and Cindy Sosebee are also Realtors and members of HAR. We are family owned, family operated and work as a team.

Peyton is a Houston native who has been working for the past decade in the Houston area in marketing and management. He brings a lifetime of knowledge in farm and ranch having the Texas Longhorn Breeder Association of America certification. He believes in providing unsurpassed customer service and is as professional as they come. Peyton represents both buyers and sellers in the northwest Houston area. He is a University of Houston alum in Finance and Economics.

Joyce is a native of Houston, Texas, and a graduate of Crosby High School and Champion School of Real Estate. After working as a corporate accountant in the energy field for 20 years, she began her career in real estate in 1997, first as an accountant and office manager with a commercial real estate firm, then as full time real estate agent. With extensive personal connections in the community, and having lived here her entire life; this has enable her to effect real estate transactions that are mutually satisfactory for both buyer and seller. She always includes her personal, honest, caring touch for which she is well known, while keeping her goal to make a difference in peoples lives. Joyce has spent time in Africa, Mexico and Peru doing mission work. She and her husband have a very full personal life, with family and service to community and church. She finds fulfillment in meeting the needs of her family and community while keeping her faith in God as her top piority.

Theresa was born and raised in Texas. She attended college at Texas State University where she earned the first International Students Award and was President of the Asian Student Association. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at the University of Houston Downtown where she also earned a Certificate of Entrepreneurship.

For over a decade, she was a corporate Channel Sales Manager and helped facilitate the growth of a small business into a multi-million-dollar company.

She has experience developing partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and strong negotiating skills.

Prior to being in real estate I earned my BBA and MBA from Concordia University in Austin. I played collegiate softball for four years and later became a grad-assistant coach. After school I worked for a cosmetic company that specialized in eyelash extensions. While with this company I mainly worked in supply chain management along with assisting in product development. I became an agent because I have a strong desire to help people. I aim to provide the best possible service for my clients by listening to their needs and educating them about the buying or selling process. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable when working with me and have an enjoyable experience.
